All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city and courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas only. Availability of COD depends on courier service coverage and order value. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders in case of repeated order refusals or failed deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where applicable. You can use these details to track your shipment through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

My Choice Foods is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, unavailability of the recipient, or delays by third party courier services.

In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and products.

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re shipping charges may apply.

Packaging

All products are securely packed to maintain hygiene and freshness. However, minor external packaging damage during transit does not qualify as product damage unless the item inside is affected.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within Pakistan only.
