Refund and Returns Policy
Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase/delivery, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange in most cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Due to the nature of our food products, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or wrong/incorrect items received.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene, safety, and perishable nature. This includes:
- All food items (Nimco, Chikkis, salted peanuts, nuts, dry fruits, seeds, sweets, etc.) once opened or seal broken
- Perishable goods
- Any edible or consumable products
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards or vouchers (if applicable)
- Sale/promotional items
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (order invoice/receipt).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or any other address.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds or replacements are granted:
- Item with obvious signs of use or tampering
- Any item not in its original sealed condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery (strictly enforced for food safety)
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
If approved (e.g., for defective/damaged/wrong item), your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, JazzCash/EasyPaisa, or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or payment method again.
- Then contact your bank/credit card company or mobile wallet provider — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mychoicefoods.pk.
Sale items Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund/replacement (subject to conditions above). Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item (where eligible), send us an email at info@mychoicefoods.pk with your order details and photos of the issue.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return (if eligible). Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted if applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., TCS, Leopard, or Pakistan Post) for expensive or bulk items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if not tracked.
