Cancellation Policy

At My Choice Foods, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel your order.

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within a limited time after placing the order and before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been packed or handed over to the courier, it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of food and consumable products.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mychoicefoods.pk with your order number and contact details.

Cancellation Window

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this time may not be accepted if the order processing has already begun.

Prepaid Orders

If your prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to payment gateway processing times.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges. However, repeated cancellations or refusal of COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of COD service for future orders.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped
  • Perishable or consumable food items once prepared for dispatch
  • Special offers, promotional, or discounted items

Cancellation by My Choice Foods

My Choice Foods reserves the right to cancel an order due to reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or delivery limitations. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method such as credit or debit card, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
